Streamax eSIM
Streamax eSIM/FT Cloud

Connectivity lives next to the video.

There is no separate telecom portal to log into. eSIM management is a tab in FT Cloud, beside the evidence, the tracking and the driver data — so the person who sees the camera problem is the person who can see the SIM.

Try it

The console, running in the page.

This is FT Cloud as a clickable demo — the real navigation, with an eSIM module in the Cellular group. Open the sidebar, move between views, flip a SIM's status. Hovering almost anything explains what it does.

Drag the console sideways — it is a desktop layout.

Demo only — sample vehicles, SIMs and invoices, no backend and no live data. eSIM management is shown as it is specified; check current availability in your FT Cloud tenant with your Customer Success Manager.

What it does

Three jobs: see it, control it, deploy it.

Total visibility

Cellular data statistics per device, so you know what each camera consumes before the invoice tells you. Status at a glance — activated, suspended or deactivated — and the plan each SIM is on next to what it has actually used.

  • Fleet totals: data, active devices, distance, operating hours
  • Excess data flagged in red the moment a pool is breached
  • Consumption ranking — find the heavy devices in one look
  • Hour-of-day distribution — a vehicle uploading at 03:00 when it should be parked is visible immediately

Remote lifecycle control

Take a vehicle off the road, end a contract, or bring a spare unit online — without a technician and without phoning a carrier.

Activate

Bring a SIM online — one device or a whole inventory list.

Suspend

Park connectivity while a vehicle is off the road, and resume it the day it returns.

Deactivate

End a SIM's life on the account when a contract closes or an asset is sold.

Switch carrier

Point a device at a different operator over the air when coverage or cost says so.

Activation at two speeds

Time to deployment matters as much as price, so there are two paths — one for the installer standing at the vehicle, one for the office deploying a container.

  1. Scan and go — single device

Power on the device, scan the supplied QR code, enter the activation code. It is online.

  2. Batch — mass deployment

In FT Cloud, open eSIM management and batch-activate the whole inventory list. A thousand cameras are online before the trucks leave the yard.

Finding things

Filters that match how a fleet actually asks questions.

"Which SIM is in vehicle 0421?" and "show me everything suspended" are the two questions that come up, so the list filters on the fields that answer them.

Fleet

Scope to a depot, a region or a sub-account.

Vehicle / device ID

Go straight from a camera fault to its SIM.

ICCID

Match a carrier record back to an asset.

SIM status & plan

Everything suspended, or everyone on the 10 GB plan.

Usage sits next to the limit. The list shows consumption against the plan — 6.4 GB used against a 3 GB/device allowance — so you can see which devices are pulling on the pool without exporting anything.

One partner, one SLA

Hardware, connectivity and diagnostics under a single support model. Our NOC watches device and SIM health together, so a "the camera is offline" ticket does not turn into a three-way argument between a hardware vendor, an integrator and a mobile operator.

  • One number to call when something is down
  • Device and SIM telemetry correlated, not guessed at
  • Clear ownership — no handoffs, no blame loop
Next step

Tell us the routes, we will size the pool.

Send the countries you operate in, the device count, and the footage each vehicle uploads per day. You get back a pool size, a landed price per device per month, and a coverage read for every country on the list.

Published rates are list. Volume, contract term and a multi-region footprint are all worth putting in front of your Customer Success Manager or Business Development Manager before you build a budget from them.

What to send us

  • Countries and, if they cross borders, the routes.
  • Device count now and at 12 months.
  • Device model and whether the SIM is soldered or a plug-in.
  • Typical upload per vehicle per day, and what triggers a clip.
  • Anything non-standard: private APN, fixed IP, VPN, IMEI lock.
